1.Chronic Kidney Diseases .

Term  chronic kidney disease means lasting damage to the kidneys that can get worse over time. if the damage is very bad  ,your kidneys may stop working . this is called kidney failure,or end  stage renal disease. if your kidneys fail you will need dialysis or kidney transfer in order to live .


Symptoms of kidney failure .

Itching muscle cramps.
Nausea and vomiting .
Not feeling hungry.
Swelling in your feet and ankles.
Too much urine or not enough urine.
Trouble catching your breath.
Trouble sleeping.

If your kidney stop working suddenly (acute kidney failure),you may notice one or more of the following symptoms:

Vomiting.

Prevention measures.

Follow a low salt ,low -fat diet .
Exercise at least 30 minutes on most days of the week.
Have regular check up with your doctor.
Do not smoke or use tobacco.
Limit alcohol.

2.T.B  Tuberculosis.


It is a bacterial disease which cause disturbance  in various body tissue. The disturbance of body tissue take place due to release of harmful substances know as tuberculin. 

' This toxic substances is release by pathogen '



Symptoms of T.B Tuberculosis.

1.Presence of pulmonary infection and hence difficulty in breathing.
2.Chest pain.
3.Increase the body temperature. Specially in evening , loss of weight  and cough formation start.
4.Sweating mainly during night.



Prevention Measures.

1.Isolation of patient from normal population. 
2.Treatment of body by anti- tuberculosis drugs such as para-amino solicylic acid and streptomycin.
3.Vaccination with BCG (just after the birth of baby) is the main preventive measure of disease.
4.Complete rest and good diet plan also control this disease. 




3. Coronary Artery Disease.

The Deadliest disease  in the world is coronary artery disease (CAD). when the blood vessels  supply blood to the heart become narrowed. untreated (CAD) can lead to chest pain ,heart failure and arrhythmia's.

Symptoms of coronary artery disease.

1.Pain or discomfort in other areas of the upper body including the arms, left shoulder, back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
2.Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath.
3.Sweating or "cold sweat".
4.Fullness, indigestion, or choking feeling (may feel like "heartburn").
5.Nausea or vomiting.

Risk factor and prevention .

1. High blood pressure.
2.High cholesterol.
3.Smoking.
4.Family history of (CAD).
5.Diabetes.
6.Being overweight .


Some steps you can take to decrease your risk include.

--Exercise regularly.
--Maintain a healthy weight.
--Eating a balance diet that's low in sodium and high in fruits and vegetables.
--Avoid smoking.
--Drinking only in moderate.

4. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

Its is a long term , progressive lung disease that makes breathing difficult. chronic bronchitis and emphysema are types of COPD . in 2004, about 64 million people around the world were living with COPD.


Symptoms of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

1.Increasing breathlessness – this may only happen when exercising at first, and you may sometimes.
2.Wake up at night feeling breathless.
3.A persistent chesty cough with phlegm that does not go away.
4.Frequent chest infections.
5.Persistent wheezing.


Risk factor and prevention's.

1.Smoking or secondhand smoke.
2.Lung irritants like chemical fumes.
3.Family history , with the AATD (Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency)  gene being linked to COPD.
4.History of respiratory infection as a child.


5. Diabetes.

Diabetes is a number of diseases that involve problems with the hormone insulin. Normally, the pancreas (an organ behind the stomach) releases insulin to help your body store and use the sugar and fat from the food you eat. Diabetes can occur when the pancreas produces very little or no insulin, or when the body does not respond appropriately to insulin. As yet, there is no cure. People with diabetes need to manage their disease to stay healthy.


There are three main types of diabetes: type 1, type 2 .

it is a group of diseases that affect insulin production and use .
in type 1 diabetes, the pancreas can't produce insulin . the cause isn't known .
in type 2 diabetes ,the pancreas doesn't produce enough insulin , or insulin can't be use effectively.
in type 2 diabetes , the diabetes can cause be caused by  a number of factor ,including poor diet,lack of exercise and being overweight.

Symptoms of Diabetes.

Both types of diabetes have some of the same telltale warning signs.

1.Hunger And Fatigue.
2.Peeing more often and being thirstier.
3.Dry Mouth and itchy Skin.
4.Blurred Vision.

Symptoms of Type 2 Diabetes.

--Yeast Infections Between Fingers and Toes/Under Breast/In or Around Sex Organ.
--Slow Healing or Cuts.
--Pain or Numbness in Feet or legs.

Symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes.

--Unplanned weight Loss.
--Nausea And vomiting.

Other Diabetic Symptoms

--Velvety, dark skin changes of the neck, armpit, and groin.
--Numbness and tingling of the hands and feet.
--Decreased vision.
--Impotence or erectile dysfunction (ED).

Prevention's Measures.

1.Check your risk of diabetes.
2.Manage your weight.
3.Exercise regularly.
4.Eat a balanced, healthy diet.
5.Limit takeaway and processed foods.
6.Limit your alcohol intake.
7.Quit smoking.
8.Control your blood pressure.
9.Reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease.
10.See your doctor for regular check-ups.
