Term chronic kidney disease means lasting damage to the kidneys that can get worse over time. if the damage is very bad ,your kidneys may stop working . this is called kidney failure,or end stage renal disease. if your kidneys fail you will need dialysis or kidney transfer in order to live .
Symptoms of kidney failure .
Itching muscle cramps.
Nausea and vomiting .
Not feeling hungry.
Swelling in your feet and ankles.
Too much urine or not enough urine.
Trouble catching your breath.

2.T.B Tuberculosis.
It is a bacterial disease which cause disturbance in various body tissue. The disturbance of body tissue take place due to release of harmful substances know as tuberculin.
Symptoms of T.B Tuberculosis.
1.Presence of pulmonary infection and hence difficulty in breathing.

The Deadliest disease in the world is coronary artery disease (CAD). when the blood vessels supply blood to the heart become narrowed. untreated (CAD) can lead to chest pain ,heart failure and arrhythmia's.
Symptoms of coronary artery disease.
1.Pain or discomfort in other areas of the upper body including the arms, left shoulder, back, neck, jaw, or stomach.
2.Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath.
3.Sweating or "cold sweat".
4.Fullness, indigestion, or choking feeling (may feel like "heartburn").
5.Nausea or vomiting.
Risk factor and prevention .
1. High blood pressure.
2.High cholesterol.
3.Smoking.
4.Family history of (CAD).

2.Wake up at night feeling breathless.
3.A persistent chesty cough with phlegm that does not go away.
